It does not cover normal wear and tear on moving parts like locks, rollers, and weatherstripping, though if something we installed fails under normal use within that first year, call us and we’ll sort out what’s what.
If a manufacturer’s defect appears in the window or door itself, that’s handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.
